Аннотация
Статья посвящена выявлению, определению и презентации на примере конкретных источников связи между геополитическими и историческими исследованиями. Теоретическая база исследования основана на представлении об интеллектуальной геополитической деятельности как о процессе проектирования моделей освоения государствами и другими социальными субъектами различных территориальных пространств и последующей организации управления ими. В связи с этим доказывается наличие сходства между геополитическими и историческими исследованиями в сфере выбора осваиваемого в них объекта. В то же время в статье представлено отличие применяемых в исторической и политической науке методологических подходов. Оно выявляется в диалектической направленности интеллектуального творчества конкретных специалистов. Для научных исторических исследований теоретические методы синтеза и проектирования гипотез о текущем и будущем развитии конкретных территорий становятся дополнительным ресурсом для оценки значения напрямую изучаемых исторических фактов. В геополитических исследованиях выявление, отбор и систематизация этих фактов имеет прикладной характер и направлено на поиск аргументов к создаваемым стратегиям и сценариям развития государств и внешних связей между ними.
Хронологические рамки представляемого исследования включают в себя период с середины XIX века до появления современных историографических фактов. Их данное определение обусловлено тем, что связь геополитических и исторических исследований могла быть сформирована исключительно на основе позитивистской методологии, без которой становление объективного знания об обществе и социальном развитии является невозможным.
Abstract
This paper is devoted to detection, definition, and presentation of the relationship between geopolitical and historical studies on base of concrete sources. The theoretical basis of the research is based on the concept of intellectual geopolitical activity as a process of designing models for the development by states and other social actors within various territorial spaces and the subsequent organization of their management. In this regard, it is proved that there are similarities between geopolitical and historical studies in the field of choosing the object to be mastered. The article presents the difference between the methodological approaches used in historical and political science, revealed in the dialectical orientation towards the intellectual creativity of specific specialists. For scientific historical research, theoretical methods of synthesis and design of hypotheses about the current and future development of specific territories become an additional resource for assessing the significance of directly studied historical facts. In geopolitical studies, the identification, selection, and systematization of these facts has an applicable nature and is aimed at finding arguments for strategies and scenarios being created for the development of states and external relations. The chronological framework of the presented research includes the period from the middle of XIX century to the appearance of modern historiographical facts. The given definition for the facts is because the cohesion of geopolitical and historical research could be formed solely on the basis of a positivist methodology, without which the formation of objective knowledge about the society and social development is impossible.
