Аннотация

Статья посвящена исследованию роли 5-й стрелковой дивизии Красной Армии в Красноуфимской наступательной операции (1-5 июля 1919 г.) во время контрнаступления Восточного фронта Советской республики. Цель статьи – воссоздать хронологию боевых действий с участием дивизии в период операции и предшествующих ей боях; кратко выявить характеристику численности, вооружения, морального состояния личного состава дивизии и противостоявших ей частей Сибирской армии белых; дать общую оценку хода и итогов Красноуфимской операции.

В исследовании используются материалы из Российского государственного военного архива, периодических изданий, военно-исторических трудов, сборников документов.

Впервые в историографии составлено исследование, анализирующее ход Красноуфимской операции (1-5 июля 1919 г.) с акцентированием внимания на участие в ней 5-й стрелковой дивизии 2-й армии Восточного фронта.

Abstract

This paper examines the role of the Red Army's 5th Rifle Division in the Krasnoufimsk Operation (July 1–5, 1919) during the Soviet Republic's Eastern Front counteroffensive. The study aims to: reconstruct the chronology of military actions involving the Division during the Operation and the preceding battles; briefly describe the Division's strength, armament, and morale, as well as those of the opposing White Siberian Army units; and provide an overall assessment of the Krasnoufimsk Operation's course and outcomes.

The study utilizes sources from the Russian State Military Archive, periodicals, literature on military history, and document collections.

For the first time in historiography, this study analyzes the course of the Krasnoufimsk Operation (July 1–5, 1919), focusing on the involvement of the 5th Rifle Division, part of the Eastern Front's 2nd Army.
