Historical Reporter is a scientific peer-reviewed journal
The Historical Reporter is a unique scientific project created by renowned Russian and foreign historians. The journal focuses on themed research and exclusive documentary publications. The publication operates as an independent scientific institution focused on creative innovation. Through its publishing programs, it coordinates the work of various themed scientific laboratories.
The journal works towards its educational goals while promoting a fair and unbiased academic approach to history, enhancing cooperation with the global scientific community.
The journal welcomes submissions of original papers, translations of papers published in other journals (with the copyright holder's permission for translation and publication), reviews, sources, and archive materials.
The Historical Reporter publishes papers in two areas:
• 5.6.1. Russian History
• 5.6.2. World History
The Historical Reporter is an open access journal. All content is available under a Creative Commons International Public License (CC BY-NC).
The journal adheres to the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI), which means that all papers are made freely available online. This means that anyone can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search for, refer to, index, transmit as data for software, or use the full text of published papers for any other legal purpose. There are no financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those associated with accessing the Internet itself.

Published papers are indexed in international abstract and full-text databases: eLibrary, Google Scholar.
