Аннотация
Статья посвящена развитию русского дипломатического присутствия и созданию русской военной разведки в Константинополе в рамках российско-османских дипломатических отношений от подписания Константинопольского мирного договора 1700 г., по которому Россия впервые получала право иметь постоянного дипломатического представителя в османской столице, до заключения Константинопольского мирного договора 1720 г., по которому Россия вернула себе это право и начала укреплять свои политические позиции на международной арене.
Abstract
The paper is devoted to the development of Russian diplomatic presence and the establishment of Russian military intelligence in Constantinople within Russian diplomatic relations with the Ottoman Empire from the signing of the Peace Treaty of Constantinople of 1700, when Russia obtained the right to have a permanent diplomatic representative in the Ottoman capital, to the signing of the Peace Treaty of Constantinople of 1720, when Russia returned this right and began to strengthen its political positions in the international relations.
